DMCA POLICY
1. Copyright concerns
If you believe content accessible through UltraOnix infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a notice to [email protected] (attention: Copyright). Identify the specific page and material rather than only linking to the homepage.
A notice should include your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, and contact information. Include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or law, and an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury confirming authority to act.
We will assess sufficiently detailed notices and address qualifying claims under the applicable process. A complaint does not automatically establish infringement.
2. Counter-notices
If material you supplied was removed through a DMCA process because of alleged infringement, you may submit a signed counter-notice identifying the removed material and former location, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
Include the applicable consent to federal court jurisdiction and acceptance of service from the claimant or its agent. A qualifying counter-notice may lead to restoration under the statutory timetable unless notice of a court action is received.
3. Accuracy and contact
Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice can create liability. This process addresses copyright concerns; customer service, privacy and other complaints should use the appropriate support channel.
